1. Isaiah Rider
Isaiah Rider is the highest level emerald in the game with an 83 OVR; every other player is 81 or less.
He has eight gold badges, Limitless Takeoff, Posterizer, Catch And Shoot, Corner Specialist, Downhill, Glue Hands, Glue Hands, and Pogo Stick, more than every single 84-85 player above him.
He has boosted to dunking and shooting threes, so he’s an offensive threat from anywhere on the court. And his price in MyTEAM is not high, you only need to spend a small amount of 2k22 mt coins, and you can use him.
2. Larry Nance Jr.
Larry Nance Jr.’s emerald with 81 OVR.
There are only two emerald players that have gold badges, and Nance Jr. is one of them. He has two gold badges, Lob City Finisher and Interceptor.
He’s excellent at completing alley-oops and intercepting passes, a handy and rare trait underneath the rim. His stamina is rated at an 88, so he’s good to stay in for most of the game, which helps him outlast some of the best centers in the game.
3. Michael Adams
Michael Adams’ emerald with 81 OVR.
Like all those underneath his ranking, Adams doesn’t have any gold badges. But he takes the cake when it comes to overall badge count. His jaw-dropping 41 silver badges, some of which are the best playmaking badges in the game, are 22 more than the runner-up.
4. Darrell Griffith
Darrell Griffith’s emerald with 81 OVR. He is better known by his nickname Dr. Dunkenstein. He’s an inside threat and brings the ferocity of attacking the rim from the shooting guard spot.
He has 19 silver badges. Also, Dr. Dunkenstein can dunk! But his value is more significant than just dunking. He’s got many bonuses to his passing, so if the dunk isn’t there, he can kick it out and rack up assists in a hurry.
5. Paul George
The point of emerald players is to hold it down until acquiring a better card. That’s precisely what Paul George does. His emerald with 81 OVR.
He possesses no less than five total badges in each of the four categories and at least two silver badges in each of those. He’s one of the game’s stars, capable of taking over games at a moment’s notice.
6. DeMar DeRozan
DeMar DeRozan’s emerald with 81 OVR. He was a four-time NBA All-Star.
He has 14 silver badges. Also, He’s got an arsenal of badges at close range.
On the perimeter, he’s a gifted passer. Also, DeMar DeRozan’s got a great mix of power and speed that baffles defenses.
7. Jon Barry
Jon Barry’s emerald with 81 OVR.
Barry is the perfect placeholder in MyTeam, with a litany of playmaking badges and skills that keeps his team rolling.
This isn’t his only dimension; he’s also dangerous beyond the arc, specifically in the corner as a three-point shooter.
8. Andre Roberson
Andre Roberson’s emerald with 81 OVR.
He has 13 silver badges. Also, it doesn’t get better than Roberson defensively, who ranks at a massive 89 on that side of the ball. He won’t be putting up points left and right, but he can erase an opponent’s superstar, which carries as much value as any shoot-first player.
9. Goran Dragic
Goran Dragic is not just an NBA superstar, and he’s an international superstar. His emerald with 81 OVR.
His defense isn’t anything special, but his offense is outrageous and leaves nothing desired. He can score at all three levels and has the silver badges to back it up. If for whatever reason, the defense has him smothered, he’s a talented passer to boot.
10. Klay Thompson
Klay Thompson’s a five-time NBA All-Star and a Three-Point Contest champ. He’s also one of the best emerald cards out there.
There aren’t a lot of straight-up three-point bombers available in the emerald cards, which is what makes Thompson so unique. Get him in the corner, scheme him open, then abuse his catch and shoot ability to torch defenses from afar.
