Trae Young – UP (89 OVR in 2K22, 87 in 2K21)
The Atlanta Hawks would still be an afterthought if it weren’t for Trae Young putting them back on the map. He averages nearly 10 assists per game and over 25 points per game. Young was the driving force behind the Hawks in the playoffs this year and deserved at least an 89 OVR in NBA 2K22 after leading them to the Eastern Conference Finals, eliminating the top-seeded Philadelphia 76ers.
Domantas Sabonis – DOWN (86 OVR in 2K22, 87 in 2K21)
Domantas Sabonis‘ rating in NBA 2K22 as 86, which is a point lower than last year (NBA 2K21) even though he had a fantastic season with the Pacers. Sabonis averaged 20.3 points, 12.0 rebounds, 6.7 assists, and 1.2 steals per game on 53/32/73 shooting split in the 2020-21 NBA season.
